Hi,

I have approached Decorpot for the interior design for my newly bought property. They quoted me initial quotation of 8.5 lakhs and requested to pay 10% to proceed. I made a Rs 82500/- as advance as online payment on 2nd Feb. Designer visited the site once for the assessment. After one round of discussion due to unforeseen reasons like change in budget projection and property issues, I informed them to hold it on 11th Feb over Watsapp group. On 6th March I told Decorpot to cancel the agreement as I am not going ahead with the project.

Decorpt team has replied and said that there is nothing to be returned as per their policy. And also the deliverables cost them, but nothing has been delivered so far and there is no further response to my emails to clarify.
