On dec 4 I received order,on same day I made return request,on 10th dec,it was in Haryana,nd on 12th it was in delhi
On 16th dec i reached out your supervisor abhishek regarding delay,on 18 i reached out to avineesh(supervisor ),with this delay finally product reached on 22dec
On 23 dec i reached to supervisor arsha and she said wait 3days
This is all history of this product,how ur supervisor made me fool day by day
Now let it be
But tell me how your delivery partner received the product if the product is not genuine
How?
And if i raised concern about photos and videos of product on 23 December why don’t you shared those pictures to me
I have few questions regarding this issue
1. If i have returned a fake product,on return check delivery boy checked the item along with tag loop,if this was not a genuine product he would not have accepted the product
2. I appealed for photos or videos of my product so i can see the product what i have returned and what you got
3.Return took almost 18 days to reach your warehouse which shows that something wrong has either by your delivery partner or someone else
4.i have not meet the required demands please re-check and re-verify my product
Or do investigation at local level so we can find is this done by delivery boy or partner
