I submit to state that I am BATCHALA VIJAYA SAGAR working as a Superintendent, Dr.S R K Govt Arts College, Yanam. I have taken SBI Reliance credit card in the month of May, 2025 with the limit of Rs.52000/- and I spend in the month of May, 2025 and paid of Rs.6043/- including the Annual Charges of Rs.2999/- and I spend in the month of June, 2025 of Rs.12,631/- and converted the amount of Rs.12231/- in to EMI x 3 months of Rs.4175/- including interest and IGST @18% and fuel charges of Rs.400/- the total bill raised by the SBI CARD is Rs.8149/- including the annual charges of Rs.2999/- (which I have paid earlier in the month of June,2025) (statement enclosed) for this erroneous statement and correction I called SBI CARD Customer Care three times and requested to rectify the statement by removing annual charges I paid earlier and also said the date of payment is 23-07-2025 before that date it should be corrected otherwise I will rise complaint to consumer forum till now they were not responded and not corrected the statement i will pay tomorrow on 23-07-2025 I will pay the bill excluding the annual charges of Rs.2,999/- that means Rs.8149-2999=Rs.5150/- if they add interest on which the bill raised by them of Rs.8149/- I will once again submit the bill for your ready reference for taking action against SBI CARD and even after three times complaint they have not taken any action against my complaint as I am a very busy with my office works how many times I have to complaint please take action against SBI CARD for their negligence and improper bills.
