ACT Fibernet – Chronic Internet Disruption for 3 Months Severely Affecting Professional Work
I took a new ACT Fibernet internet connection on 8 October 2025 with a 6-month subscription plan. From the beginning of the service, I have been facing a serious and recurring internet connectivity issue.
The internet consistently disconnects every week from Monday night around 9:00 PM until Wednesday morning approximately 10:00 AM. This issue has been occurring continuously for the past three months.
Despite raising more than 10 complaints with ACT Fibernet customer support and receiving repeated assurances, no permanent solution has been provided. The issue continues to recur weekly, indicating a clear failure in service delivery.
Due to this prolonged and unresolved service disruption, my professional work has been severely affected. As I rely on stable internet connectivity for my job, these frequent outages have caused work disruptions, missed deadlines, and mental stress.
