I have purchased a TV of ACER brand and took "Complete Protection" for 03 years warranty from Jeeves.
I registered a case on 19th Nov and they closed it without solving the problem on 3rd Dec.
Now again I raised a case with Jeeves on 4th Dec and still waiting for the technician to visit and check the TV for the actual fault.
