Dear Strava Leadership and Esteemed Investors,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek your assistance and attention regarding an issue that has remained unresolved despite multiple attempts to engage through official support channels. My Strava account (registered under aashokkumarsharma@outlook.com) was recently suspended without any prior notice, explanation, or opportunity to clarify or rectify any potential concern.
As a long-time supporter of Strava’s vision to build a connected global community of athletes, this experience has been deeply disappointing. I fully respect the need for Strava to uphold its community guidelines and terms of service. However, the lack of transparency and communication around account actions — particularly suspensions — can erode user confidence, especially for those who have invested years of activity data, achievements, and social connections on the platform.
Despite reaching out several times (please refer to the email chain below), I have not received any response or clarity on the cause or next steps. I believe this may not be an isolated case, and improving the customer support and account review process would greatly enhance user trust and satisfaction.
I would like to respectfully propose that Strava consider:
I sincerely hope that my account can be reviewed and reinstated, or at the very least, that I may be informed of the reason for its suspension. I am happy to provide any verification or additional information required to facilitate this.
Thank you for your attention and understanding. My intent in copying Strava’s investors is not to escalate unnecessarily but to highlight the critical importance of user trust in the company’s continued success. I have great respect for what Strava has built and only wish to see it continue to thrive with stronger user support systems in place.
Best regards,
Aashok Kumar Sharma

Dear Strava Support Team,
I hope you’re doing well. I’m writing to request assistance regarding my Strava account, which was recently suspended without any prior notice or a valid reason.
This is a newly created account registered under the email address aashokkumarsharma@outlook.com. I’m unsure why this suspension occurred, as I haven’t violated any terms of service to my knowledge.
Could you please review my account and let me know the reason for the suspension? If any additional information is needed from my side to resolve this issue, I’d be happy to provide it.
Thank you for your help and time. I look forward to your response.

I believe this may not be an isolated case, and improving the customer support and account review process would greatly enhance user trust and satisfaction.
I would like to respectfully propose that Strava consider:
- Clear and timely communication when an account is suspended — including the reason and a process for appeal or review.
 - A dedicated escalation path for unresolved user issues, ensuring fairness and accountability.
 - A user-first approach to support, aligned with Strava’s community-driven mission and brand reputation.

I sincerely hope that my account can be reviewed and reinstated, or at the very least, that I may be informed of the reason for its suspension. I am happy to provide any verification or additional information required to facilitate this.
