we have travelled to Atlanta from Hyderabad 01.05.2025 and it is to inform you that instead of qr 4775, they have operated 6E1313 Indigo from Hyderabad to Doha. There is delay in departure at Hyderabad and missed next flight QR 755 at Doha. We are forced to sit at DOHA airport for 6 hours and given boarding pass for the next day 02.05.2025. Even on that date the flight was delayed for 6 hours at Doha airport.
As we are business class from Doha to Atlanta, they have forced to take one economy and business class in the 1st instant and that is reason, they have not issued boarding pass for 5 hours and forced to sit in the airport. They have humiliated at Doha airport. I wrote number of reminders on the subject for the delay happened in reaching Atlanta and missed very important function. They agreed to give 2oo dollars each and that to adjust next flight ticket which has to be used within a year for which we are not interested.
