1. I had paid ACS skill assessment fees to abhinav immigration for processing of my skill assessment. The mistake was made by their employee where she had not submitted my corporate experience or in other words she was not aware of what documents needed to be submitted.
2. Now after the assessment is completed i have lost my 5 marks which is really important for my PR application, and if i have to get it reassessed i have to pay the entire 81000 rupees again where there is no fault of mine.
3. Due to their mistake I am mentally stressed from the last two month due to waste of time and money also. I had requested them to get my ACS reassessed or return my entire money submitted to Abhinav Immigration where a mistake is done from thier end.
4. But they are not agreeing for same. It is requested to look into this case.
