Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Vishvender Singh, wish to file a consumer complaint against HomeCentre for selling a defective product and refusing after-sales support.

Details of the Complaint:

  • I purchased a bed from HomeCentre for ₹60,000
  • Within a few days of use, the bed broke after normal usage (only a couple of people sat on it). This indicates poor quality and a possible manufacturing defect.
  • I immediately raised a complaint with HomeCentre customer service on, but they denied service, claiming it was not a manufacturing issue.
  • Despite repeated follow-ups, HomeCentre has failed to take responsibility or provide any resolution.
Grounds of Complaint:
  • Selling of a defective product.
  • Unfair trade practice and deficiency in service.
  • Denial of rightful warranty/service support despite genuine grievance.
Relief Sought:
  • Full refund of ₹60,000 OR replacement with a new defect-free product of the same value.
  • Compensation for harassment, mental agony, and financial loss caused due to negligence.
  • Cost of legal proceedings and any other relief deemed fit by the Hon’ble Commission.

I request the Hon’ble Commission to take strict action against HomeCentre and grant the above reliefs.

Yours faithfully,
Vishvender singh
