Dear sir/madam,
I have order multiple cloths of Cantabil products from Ajio and 1st Jan 2026 i have received one shipment on which 6 products are mentioned but when i opened it i found only 2 products i.e one shirt and one tshirt whereas
3 shirt and 1 tshirt are missing.
I have raised the complaint on customer care on the same day and they assured me by 7th Jan it will be resolved.
Today i have received message that complaint is resolved but no clothes are delivered. After calling once again to customer care they denied to to deliver the product and they told me that the product is already delivered.
They also told me that they can not help me anymore.
