My LR No is 292385383 which was booked in 2 pieces on 24-10-2025 and picked on 25-10-2025.
This was transferred to Ranchi HUB on 25-10-25 night same was received at Ranchi on 26-10-25
From Ranchi it was transferred to Kolkata on 26-10-25 night when it was received in Kolkata on 27-10-25
From Kolkata it as again Sent back to Ranchi on 27-10-25 when Ranchi received on 28-10-25 again they forwarded to next location. May be they have again connected to Kolkata Branch,.
This is the kind of service I have faced many times due to lack in Service quality.
And no it is answerable to these kind of drawback. We keep on complaining and no positive update is received. For the in appropriate service.
