i ordered 4o sarees and paid the full amount 1st. After,i checked items in Ekart office only in front of the cctv camera & ekart personal staff 14 items were missed,26 received was also different.For,the 14 items which I have not received I'm still not able to get the refund even after complaining on the same day today is 27th march already 11 days& staff not helping while calling customer care support.They just cut the call or give timeline date & again but no help.order id-
