I enrolled my 8-year-old son in your program and paid the full enrollment fees in advance. During his initial interaction, your staff intimidated and harassed him, causing severe distress. Due to this hostile and terrifying experience, my son never attended a single class.
2. Unfulfilled Refund Agreement:
Following this incident, I demanded a cancellation and a full refund. Your team explicitly promised a full refund within 90 days. Several months have passed beyond this deadline, and the refund remains unpaid under the repeated excuse that the company is "running short of funds."
3. Unethical Conditional Tactics & Harassment:
Recently, Mr. Aditya Rai contacted me and explicitly stated that the refund would only be processed if I deleted my honest reviews from consumer platforms like Trustpilot. Withholding a consumer's rightful refund conditional upon the deletion of factual public reviews constitutes financial extortion, coercion, and consumer harassment.
Demand for Action:
You are hereby requested to clear the full pending refund amount to my original payment source within seven (7) days of receiving this notice.
