Dear Flipkart Support,
On 6th May, I placed an order for the SKYBAGS Stroke 65 - Hardbody Trolley Bag Check-in Suitcase (8 Wheels, 26 Inch) with Order ID: OD434337723979506100. At the time of ordering, it clearly showed that I would receive 100% Super Coins.
However, after the return period ended, I was informed that it was a technical glitch, and the offer would not be honored. The product was delivered on 10th May, and I had contacted customer support multiple times during and after the 10-day return window. Each time, I was assured that the Super Coins would be credited after the return period.
Now I am being told it was a technical issue and no compensation is being provided. I have all necessary proofs and call recordings confirming that I was repeatedly assured of receiving the Super Coins.
Kindly suggest how to proceed:
