At the time of purchase, this amount was taken with the assurance that the vehicle would be serviced. However, the promised service has not been provided. It is highly disappointing that despite charging this amount, no service has been completed and today ( 09-03-2026) the top up of engine oil is done under the ticket ID 2523886. If the vehicle is serviced at the time of delivery then it must be ensured at that time. The qty of Engine Oil top up was approx 3 lts which means that there was no engine oil and my vehicle could generate engine issues in the coming days or months. I have a video of the top up engine oil done today.
This situation is unacceptable, as the service charge was collected as part of the purchase commitment. I request you to immediately look into this matter and take one of the following actions:
