I, Dhruvi Tamboli from Ahmedabad, ordered a product from Meesho on 11th August 2025 (Order ID: #186285709315829890) worth ₹347. The product was delivered on 14th August 2025, and on the same day I initiated a return request through the Meesho app as per their return policy.

Even after repeated follow-ups, the pickup has not been arranged till 28th August 2025. I have called Meesho customer support more than 11 times, but every time I only receive false assurances and no resolution. This is a clear deficiency of service and has caused me harassment and inconvenience.

I request immediate pickup of the product, refund of ₹347 to my original payment method, and suitable compensation for the mental harassment caused due to delay and poor grievance handling by Meesho.
