Dear Jio Fibre Escalation / Grievance Team,
I am writing this email in extreme frustration and mental stress caused by continuous internet disruptions and the complete failure of Jio Fibre support to provide a permanent resolution.
My Jio Fibre connection was installed on 01/12/2025. From 02/12/2025 onwards, I have been facing frequent internet disconnections and severe buffering issues while watching TV, which have seriously affected my official work and my family’s daily usage.
Despite raising multiple service requests, no permanent solution has been provided. The details are as follows:
SR00002U2JAZ – Raised on 06/12/2025, closed on 10/12/2025 stating temporary reboot done
SR00002UC8Y1 – Raised on 10/12/2025, closed on 11/12/2025 stating reboot done and pins changed
SR00002UJBYT – Raised on 12/12/2025, closed on 14/12/2025 without any technician visit or call
SR00002UMWQ7 – Raised on 14/12/2025, closed on 15/12/2025 without resolution
SR00002US8BB – Raised on 16/12/2025, falsely updated as customer did not give permission to enter the premises. This is completely false. My residence is an independent G+1 house, with no watchman, and doors are open from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
SR00002UWZFJ – Raised subsequently, still unresolved
From 16/12/2025 onwards, I have been calling customer care daily. I repeatedly received assurances that an engineer would visit by the end of the day, but no one visited. Complaints were closed with false remarks, including problem solved or OTP not received, without any resolution.
In addition to calls, I have sent multiple emails to the customer support team, yet no response has been received, further highlighting negligence and lack of accountability.
To make matters worse, on several occasions customer care executives disconnected the call mid-conversation and failed to provide any call-back, which has caused severe mental stress and complete loss of trust in the service.
This repeated false closure of complaints, non-response to emails, and denial of proper technical support clearly amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.
Need strict action on this, as I have already told them my next step would be reporting this on the consumer forum.
I expect an urgent response from your end.
