Hi sir/mam I have ordered a cake and we both agreed that they will deliver at 4 pm today but it was not delivered at agreed time. They delivered at 6pm even when i called them at 3.48 they said it will be delivered in ten mins. It’s disappointing and my day is ruined since my surprise is ruined
