    I Have booked LIG289 from housing board dhanbad by their Lottery System after the lottery the above Flat was occupied by their own Staff for about 6months I was unable to see my lottery Gift but when I have seen it, it was in poorest condition I have Tried hard to repair this I have lost 3 lakh...
