Sir, Last year i had closed my Two wheeler loan in the month of March and then later taken a Personal loan in July. But When i requested for the NOC of my Two wheeler loan, the bank simply denied stating that unless and untill i dont clear my PL, i wont be getting my BOC for the Two wheeler loan...
