We had booked a Villa - Della view villa in Lonavala. There was nobody to attend us. The owner and host both were not responding to any of our calls. We had wasted 2 hours finding the location of the villa. On reaching the location, we tried calling the owner but no response from his end. Also...- vinayakbhagne97
