CG04OE3518-Vehicle is not getting repaired since 2 months

I have submitted my Ola Scooter CG04PE3518 at Ola service center Sarona Raipur Chhattisgarh since more than 2 months.
Still I haven't received any update and solution.
In service centre they are doing fraud activities...
