    Ditch the guilt has taken advance payment but have not even shipped my order since 11 days. All of the provided contacts are also wrong.

    I am facing the same issue . Had placed order on january 4. Forget about processing the order, they have not even responded to any of my queries on email. All phone numbers given on website do not exist. This is a gross violation of consumer norms and I demand a complete refund.
