What is the procedure to file a case? Pl share.

Today I received a call from PUMA customer care, and they explained that the material was manufactured in May 2024. They also mentioned that the price has increased, but we cannot change the packaging. Is it acceptable?

they reply on email on 23/11/2024 as "With regards to your concern, we are actively working on your concern. Rest assured, we will provide you with an update at the earliest." after that no response. email sent to <info@puma.com>, <customercareindia@puma.com>, ceo.india@puma.com

every time different excuse on call but no solution..

I placed an order (PUMA India) for a product priced at Rs.9999, but upon delivery, I received an item with a price tag of Rs.7999. after several mails no solution has been provided.
