I had trousers from underclothing website found link in instagram.today on 15th of sep 2025 I received the package paid 898 rupees to the delivery guy and he left after that when I opened the package a rugged used shirt was there in the package.There is no option to communicate with them.kindly help me with this.Thanks
 

File a Complaint with the Payment Gateway​

If you paid by Cash on Delivery, look for the delivery partner (usually Shadowfax, XpressBees, Delhivery, etc.) on the package label.

Then:

  • Visit the delivery partner's website
  • File a complaint using tracking ID or phone number
  • Mention:

    “Received wrong/damaged product. Paid ₹898 for trousers, received used shirt. Seller (underclothing.in) is uncontactable. Suspected scam. Request investigation and refund.”

If it was online payment (UPI/card), raise a dispute with your bank or payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay, Paytm, Cashfree).
 
Under clothing is a farud website. He gave me an old dirty pair of jeans in exchange for my 999 jacket order. no helpline no. in showing in this, how can I get my payment back??

I want to report a case of online shopping fraud.
I ordered a Ferrari Jacket from the website Underclothing / Hangbros, but they delivered two damaged and used shirts instead of the product I paid for.

There is no refund option, no customer support number, and no working email available on their website. This makes it clear that the seller is running a scam

If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
