Please follow the below steps:

Step 1
If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

Step 2
File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
 
Hey the same also happened now in december 2025, it looks like they didn't deliver the orders from september, still they scam people to pay online by giving offers. They don't even responds. They're fraud. The officials must take actions.
 
Same i placed the order 2 weeks ago and there is no update. There is no response from the customer care. There number is out of service and they are not responding to emails

Hi,
I also placed an order with Ditch The Guilt on 26th November and only received a single email stating that the order was confirmed. As of 16th December, there has been no further update, no tracking details, and no response on the helpline number provided.
It genuinely feels like a scam, where only prepaid orders are being taken and the products are never delivered to customers.
