The company website clearly states the return policy within 15 days of product received. I have filed a return request on 10th Aug'25 the day i received the product and the site allowed me to submit the return request as well. However while there was no pickup arranged until 14th Aug'25, I reached out to them, for which they reverted that they have been asked not to return.

Exactly the same thing happened to me. The dress was of a very poor material and different from pictures. I was unable to place return because my ‘COD payment details were not updated’. For 5 days I kept a emailing, no revert. Eventually through WhatsApp I got one reply tha they are not accepting returns. Then why the hell did they write 15 days return??? Also, all the reviews that I was posting were either pushed towards the end and didn’t even get posted in their website. So all the positive reviews are also fake. This is a bogus company scamming people. Our system should really take some action otherwise many others will also suffer.
 
Please follow the below steps:

Step 1
If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

Step 2
File an Online
complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
 
I wish to file a complaint against the seller for deficiency of service and unfair trade practices.

I ordered a dress from the seller on Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. As per the seller’s clearly mentioned return policy, products are eligible for return within 15 days. However, when I contacted the seller via WhatsApp and email to initiate a return, I was informed that my order is non-returnable, which is in direct contradiction to their stated return policy. Screenshots of the return policy are attached as evidence.

Further, the product delivered is of extremely poor and unacceptable quality. The stitching is uneven and defective, and the overall quality of the dress is disgusting and not wearable. The product received does not match the images displayed on the website. The skirt shown in the product image appears to be a single, seamless piece, whereas the delivered skirt is made of multiple different cloth pieces stitched together, which was never disclosed at the time of purchase. This amounts to misleading advertisement and misrepresentation of the product.

Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue amicably, the seller has refused to accept the return or provide a proper resolution.
