purchased a phone from Flipkart and opted for the Merchant EMI option. However, the amount has not been converted into EMI yet. When I approached SBI Cards, they were informed that Flipkart is still waiting to process the EMI conversion.
I called SBI Card Customer Care several times with in the 3 months from purchase they were saying EMI will convert and to wait for the next statement date. Then the new statement shows a fine amount with total due. Now the credit score also affected. I purchased an iPhone 16 Pro (128gb, Desert Titanium) on October 14, 2025 choosing Merchant EMI as payment mode using SBI Simply Click credit card of my husband with Emi duration of 24 months. Still today 13/12/2025 the Emi is not converted. I cannot connect to Flipkart still now they are not providing a proper response. So I would like to complaint against SBI card and Flipkart .
