I purchased a Thomson washing machine in the month of Apr 24. But for last 3 months the machine is not working properly, so I complaint to Flipkart and Thomson customer case. In the last 3 months they changed almost 4 parts of the machine and now say that one more part needs to be replaced.

I asked them to replace the machine or give me my money back, but they are just ignoring me. For last 3 months we are not able to use the machine properly, I have also taken extended warranty from them.

I want to file a complaint against them. Please help me and guide me on how to go ahead in this matter. I want my money back or full replacement of the washing machine.

Unfortunately there is no job sheet given to me, all the correspondence is going on mails and whats up messages (from Jeeves the service provider of Flipkart).

Now after replacing 3 parts, they are saying that the steel tub is faulty and need to replace, which is not covered under the warranty. They are claiming this after 3-4 months.

Guide me wat to do next.
