Fraud by VLE bazaar

I purchased a dash cam from VLE bazaar on December 30th, 2024, for Rs. 3299/-. The product has not even been dispatched yet. The customer care is not answering my calls, and the WhatsApp support is also not responding. I tried to cancel the order four times, but it's not getting canceled.
Kindly take strict actions on VLE bazaar & help me to get my money back, as it seems a fraud platform for online shopping.

We recommend sending a legal notice to the VLE bazaar for not delivering the dash cam despite receiving payment and failing to respond to your calls. The notice should demand immediate delivery of the product or a refund within 15 days. Include transaction details, proof of payment, and copies of correspondence. Send the notice via registered post with acknowledgment.
