Details of the Issue
1. Service Agreement and Payment:
I had booked Mr. Sam to take photos and videos, including professional and candid shots, of my wedding.
I paid him an amount of ₹37,000, as promised, for his services.
2. Violation of Agreement:
Despite my repeated attempts to contact him, Mr. Sam has failed to provide me with the wedding photos and videos as agreed.
He refuses to answer my phone calls or respond to my text messages.
3. Mental and Emotional Stress:
The delay and lack of communication have caused me immense emotional distress and depression over the past Eight months.
4. Defamation by His Father:
Recently, Mr. Sam’s father (+91 97877 91860 ) has been spreading false and defamatory statements about me to my relatives, tarnishing my reputation within my family and community.
Request for Action
I kindly request the police to:
Investigate the matter and take action to ensure that Mr. Sam delivers the wedding photos and videos immediately.
Hold him accountable for the emotional distress caused to me and any breach of contract.
Address the defamatory statements made by his father and take appropriate legal action to safeguard my reputation.

1. Payment receipts (There is a receipt for nine thousand out of thirty-seven thousand, and there are witnesses to the payment of the small amounts.)
