Hi Jio Team,

I am writing this mail to bring into your attention that last 5 days i am facing internet connectivity issue and customer care is closing my ticket without any resolution.

I raised a service request on 9 Sep 2025 for network issue. One engineer named Amit upadhyaay [09753776740- City Center Gwalior MP location] visited at home to check and he found fault in router. Then he said that he will replace router within next 24 hour and asked for happy code to close the ticket. I denied to give happy code without resolution.

He rescheduled next appointment without my permission.
Now this guy Amit is not taking call even after multiple follow-up.
I re-booked appointment for 12 sept 2025 again and no engineer visited till now.
On checking with jio support team i got to know that my issue is resolved and router is replaced. This is what they have updated as resolution.
But actually there is no router replaced , no visit done by amit uphadhyay.

I am struggling with this issue and there is no support provided. If jio team is not able to resolve the issue then please disconnect my connection.
Also please take this mail as an escalation mail.

  • Call 198 (toll-free Jio complaints) instead of the normal 1800-889-9999 helpline.
  • Ask them to escalate to Level-2 Nodal Officer since tickets are being closed without resolution.

Ask them to escalate to Level-2 Nodal Officer since tickets are being closed without resolution.
