Hi there,
I booked spicejet flight for 3 family members from Srinagar to delhi dated 18-09-2025
Timing : 10:20
When we were going ready to reach airport ,we got rescheduled messages ,after reaching Srinagar airport we came to know the flight was cancelled and no reschedule was available,since than the third party travel agent "happyfares' is not refunding my money giving non sense excuses ,it is frustrating they are not returning my money after assuring me it will be refunded once they recieve same from airline.please help me I am desperate in getting my hard earned money back.

Before proceeding further, we recommend that you first send an email to the customer care department of the Spicejet (custrelations@spicejet.com)and Happyfares (help@happyfares.in) clearly outlining your concerns, attach all the screenshot and requesting to refund the complete ticket amount + compensation as they have not informed you about the cancellation of the flight. This step not only gives the company a chance to address the issue but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later.
