I am purchased mantra mfs l1 110 Biomatric device in amazon. In and seller is clicktech Retail private Limited.
My order date is 25 September 2025,Deliverd Date is 01.10.2025.
Deliverd Recived Item Is Defective and not Working.
I am placed in replacement request in amazon order section but my replacement or is two times of rejected.
Finally i am conntected to amazon customer care but customer executive is prescribed in go to the kyc finally i am completed to kyc but customer executive is prescribed in rejected your kyc i trying to many times of kyc but rejected and interface is showing in verification completed.
I am sent in email in seller, so please not cancel my order.
So please sir/maim kindly raised my complaint and Imidetly help my concern, quick action against seller and amazon,plz give me justic.
