Dear Sir, my daughter traveled today 7.sep.25 with city travels bus # TN66AQ4197 from Gandipuram to kavalkinaru thirunelveli at 9.15 pm. Berth number L1. Passenger name. Shubarnika. The bus driver not allowed her to keep the luggage’s in the luggage’s compartment and forced her to keep in the berth itself saying the will load eggs and other items. In my opinion these commercial items is their problem as I paid for berth I have the right to keep my luggage’s in the luggage compartment. Driver refused to speak with me when I wanted to speak with driver over my daughter’s phone. My daughter could not sleep properly even after paying for berth (one suitcase and one bag kept in berth) She has to attend college next day morning. I would request you to register a case. I’m not in country now so kindly contact through what’s up. 9943977027. Ravi. Thanks.

Greetings. I live in Chennai and recently I hired a residential elevator company called Shunra Elevators to install an outdoor structure elevator. The quoted price was about 11 lakhs including GST. Though the beginning was good, slowly i realized their work culture , discipline were far from satisfactory. They started saying lies one after the other to cover up their deficiency. The work was indefinitely delayed. This was after I paid Rs8,00,000. So please guide me how to file a case against them whose service was deficient that caused lot of mental agony. I have soft copies of the bills and agreement etc

Thanks and regards
Dr. Vasumathi Narayanan
PS I am unable to attach files here and you can guide me about that as well
