I have submitted 3200 rs to jio for the reloction of my jio fibre and after taking money no one is activating my internet service and the engineers are not picking up the call and no one is responding
 

Steps You Can Take

  1. Contact Jio Customer Care
    • Call 198 (toll-free complaint number for Jio) or 1800-889-9999.
    • Register a complaint specifically mentioning “relocation payment of ₹3,200 taken but no service activation”.
    • Note down the Service Request (SR) number.
  2. Email Escalation
    • Write an email to care@jio.com and trialcourt@jio.com with details:
      • Payment receipt/transaction ID
      • Date of request
      • Amount paid (₹3,200)
      • Complaint that no service was provided despite payment
    • Attach payment proof.
  3. Escalate to Jio Nodal/Appeal Officer

    • Send a formal complaint with proof.
  4. Send a Legal Notice / Consumer Complaint
    • If no response within 30 days, file a complaint under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 for:
      • Deficiency in service
      • Unfair trade practice (collecting relocation charges without providing service)
    • Claim:
      • Refund of ₹3,200
      • Compensation for mental agony + harassment (₹10,000–₹25,000 as applicable)
      • Litigation costs
