   • Relief: Refund + Compensation (₹2,000–₹5,000 likely for harassment).
3. Cyber Crime Portal
   
   • Since this looks like an online fraud, file a complaint on cybercrime.gov.in (National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal).
   • Select category: E-commerce fraud.
