Ola s1 pro

I have an Ola s1 pro, I have a Ola care plus plan for rs 4200 and paid road side assistance charge of rs 2999 now having paid this much amount still received no support, not in favor of doing such like visiting consumer forum however the Ola electric made me do this

I have filed the complaint to their OLA service centre and opened the case #09725900 on 20th Aug 2025 and they gave me slot to send my vehicle to their service centre on 30th Aug 2025. They gave me sunkadakatte OLA service centre address get their for service. Once i towed my vehicle spending almost 3000rs to their place found its closed and they asked me to go to andarahalli service centre. I went there and fond there also closed and they are saying no one there from OLA executives to support us and give us where to take and get it resolved my vehicle handle unlock issue. I took my vehicle back to my home and called there OLA service centre and reported them this issue and they just taken my details what happened but till now no one called me from OLA company and helping us to it serviced. Its pathetic service from OLA they have to be dragged to the court and make they pay for it...I request all the citizens dont buy OLA scooter.
