payment done but product not delivered

Ordered top, bottom dupatta set by paying 2152 rupees on 30/10/2024, they said it takes 30 working days,i tried to contact them,but not replying to messages or call.its been more than 1.5 month,till now,it isnt deleverd.

Mam I Ordered top, bottom dupatta set from Fathis designer boutique Alappuzha by paying 2152 rupees on 06/03/2025, they said it takes 7 to 14 days to dispatch. But after 7 days again I ask them for tracking details they said it take 30 working days,i tried to contact them,but not replying to messages or call.its been more than 1.5 month,till now,it isnt delivered.i told them to cancel my order and refund. They said refund not possible.
