Complain against TATA PLAY FIBER for Fraud as amount charged but connection not provided when i relocated despite the new location was feasible.

I have raised a request for relocation on 2nd July. After 5 long days and several follow ups I finally got response that they will do the relocation on 6th July as the new location is feasible as per Tata Play fiber services.

But when the technician came to install the router he told me that my building has no space left to install a new connection and to have more space will at least take 4 to 6 months so he very rudely told me to go and cancel the connection as he can't help any more.

Accordingly I have asked for cancellation and since on 29th June only I have made a recharge of 3 months of Rs 3317 I have asked to provide me a pro rata refund as your company was not able to install the connection despite the area was feasible so now I have to go for another service company. I have waited 10 long days and now I am finally fed up with your extremely disappoint service and every time a new customer service agents call and again I have to explain them the entire issue.

I have almost 15 call recordings where your agent assure me that it will resolve on same day but that day never came. Even I was given assurance that if it's not due to my fault then you will get the refund and we have already raised issue and approval to provide you the same but yet nothing is done.
