Paid 18000 to Incredipets / Petmojo for 36 training sessions for my dogs (Sakura/Haiku (18 sessions each) on 25th May which was the start of my ordeal.

Here's the gist of my troubles with IncrediPets-
  1. 30 days and barely 2 sessions done that too dissatisfactory/poor
  2. Fraudulent sessions marked by the first trainer
  3. Aggressive behavior/verbally assauting and demanding a choke chain for a SMALL INDIE not a Pitbull/Rottweiler (instead of a martingale collar)
  4. Rude misogynistic behaviour of the 2nd trainer claiming that aggressive male attitude/training is the right way
  5. Trainers clicking pictures inside my house without my information or consent
  6. General lack of information/requirements of the client
  7. Unprofessional/rude attitude of the trainer trying to convince parents to withhold basic necessities such as water from dogs to train them as per our needs.
After many follow-ups, this was the reply from their end after 11 days:
"As per our standard policy, refunds are typically not applicable in cases where services have already been booked and partner time has been allocated. However, in the spirit of goodwill and long-term cooperation, we’ve made an exception in your case and will be processing the refund after applying a 30% cancellation and processing charge, in line with our policy guidelines."

The so-called policy guidelines are mentioned nowhere on their website/app and was only shared with me in an email dated 27 June. Any brand/company offering online products/services is mandated to clearly outline the relevant refund policies but Incredipets/Petmojo failed to do so and later force the clients to adhere to this policy without any prior information.

To add insult to injury, they processed a refund of mere INR 10750 out of INR 18000 deducting 30% processing fee and additional amount for the 5 sessions which never happened. On being asked about the same, I was told that these sessions were done and it's not their fault if I didnt let the trainer train the dogs or I didnt let them inside the house which is a lie. And this issue has been highlighted from day 1 that the trainers are marking fraudulent sessions.

The first email to them was sent on June 25 outlining the issue in much more detail and requested a refund of the entire amount of INR 18000 given that no sessions but 2 were done for the dogs and those too weren't to my satisfaction. After 2 follow ups they responded on June 27 which is as follows:

Dear Ma’am,
I hope this message finds you well.
First and foremost, I want to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment you may have experienced during your journey with us. We deeply value the trust you placed in our team and the opportunity to serve you.
With regard to your refund request:
To proceed further, we kindly request you to share your bank account details at your earliest convenience. Once received, we will initiate the refund within 24 hours. A copy of our refund and cancellation policy is attached for your kind reference.
As per our standard policy, refunds are typically not applicable in cases where services have already been booked and partner time has been allocated. However, in the spirit of goodwill and long-term cooperation, we’ve made an exception in your case and will be processing the refund after applying a 30% cancellation and processing charge, in line with our policy guidelines.
This gesture reflects our commitment to resolving the matter respectfully while also covering operational costs already incurred on our end.
Thank you again for your understanding, and we truly hope to serve you again in the future with the care and quality you deserve.

Now the issue still stands that this so-called 30% cancellation fee etc is not laid out anywhere on their website and it sounds like a last minute drafted cancellation policy which is not available for public to view before paying for the sessions.

To top it, they deducted more than 30% of the total paid fee stating that 5 sessions have been done and I have been charged for that. The main issue from day 1 has been that fraudulent sessions have been marked by the trainers and I was not ok with that and now they've charged me for that when i refused to accept their offer of marking the sessions 0 and restarting the training after a month and many many follow ups.
