Loss of sweets parcel From DNR Travels Chandrapur.

Respect sir, madam
I’ve booked my parcel in DNR travels Express (Royal Transport agency) from Ahmednagar.
this is the slip number of my parcel which I was supposed to get this parcel here in from DNR travels express near pani tanki Chandrapur. But they lost my parcel and they refused to compensate. As per law they are providing parcel service in illegal manner . Bcoz when I asked them for my parcel they said “ iss slip me DNR naam nahi likha hai aapko jo Karna hai kar lo” Then who gave them rights to give this service when they are not responsible for my loss.Kindly consider my request. Please share the DNR slip or invoice..

This is the slip. Named as Royal Transport agency owned by DNR express in Ahmadnagar as agent parcel office

Like this how DNR express have multiple parcel agents in different cities, but they have different name. But as you can see the (parcel delivering address is written bellow in slip DNR express Chandrapur)

After reviewing the details, we suggest you to file a case against the Royal Transport Agency. Not against the DNR express as you don't have any proof that support your case.
