Dear Respected sir,
I am Venkateshwarlu Konduru, I have a car loan account in Bank of Baroda Account Number:7128060002359, I kept emi amount every month before the due date but they damaged my CIBIL score with false report my CIBIL shows four late payments even emi amount debited automatically.
They failed to initiate ECS process till I reminded them,but BOB credit department harassed me to pay penalty for late payments.
My credit score is damaged because of Bank of Baroda, none of the financial institutions are believing me now and other banks offer me huge rate of interest since my CIBIL is broken by BOB1000157166.jpg

We understand that the Bank of Baroda reported your name in the CIBIL database, despite you have paid all the EMI before the due date and having all the necessary supporting documents like bank statement.

In such a situation, we suggest that you proceed by sending a legal notice to the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of the Bank of Baroda, formally requesting a resolution of your issue and remove your name from the CIBIL records. Kindly allow them a 15-day period to respond to the notice.

Dear Sir,
Thank you for the prompt response, few months ago they promised me my CIBIL was going to be corrected in 15 days but still it is same.
Other financial institutions are not believing me now because of incorrect CIBIL report, some banks are offering me loan with huge rate of interest because of incorrect CIBIL score.
BOB credit recovery department used to phone me for penalty.
