In reference to order no Amazo#40860304948034711 from Amazon. I was supposed to receive an order on June 8th, 2025. I have been waiting for it since long and suddenly I received a notification that my order is delivered. I didn't receive a single call from them regarding address or anything. This same incident is happening with me second time on same product I had raise complaint to customer service of Amazon they did investigation on what basis I don't know I had asked them details of investigation on what basis they concluded that order is delivered to me, they denied doing further support.

No call from delivery agent no OTP how they investigate like this it seems Amazon customer service pretend falls investigation to me worst experience ever.

What service Amazon, I request you to refund my Money because I have given you enough time to resolve this issue from your end. Either deliver my order or refund my money. I wont let it go this time.
