I am used car dealer from New delhi, i used to purchase car from cars24 online dealers bidding platform

On 19th june 2025 I purchased Maruti suzuki baleno 2020 (Appoitnemt id 10031948748) from online biddin platform of cars24 in Rs4,39,161 and did the payment on same date.

Today when i received the car , car is accidental from back (Boot) which is not mentioned in cars24 report.
When i escalated the issue to the cars24 they denied to take the car back or compensate the damage. Now they are saying if i cancel the car they will deduct my Rs.11800 .
They are just cheating the dealers

We understand that the cars24 has not responding properly and asking for Rs.11800 which will be deducted from your deposit amount, despite you having all the necessary supporting documents like photos and videos.

In such a situation, we suggest that you proceed by sending a legal notice to the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of the Cars24 , formally requesting a resolution of your issue and refund the amount paid and take the car back as they have not mentioned the accident details in the car report. Kindly allow them a 15-day period to respond to the notice.

If you do not receive any response within this timeframe, please revert to us. We will then guide you through the process of filing a case in the Consumer Forum.
