im residing at sulur coimbatore
I'm a customer of past 4 years. 09.05.25 to my address 1 product received. In neighbour received via Cod Rs 367.once reached home on that day I just received that product and verified that is not ordered.your agent mistakenly despatched to me.from that day 09.05.25 complaint registered and return taken by your agent on 13.05.25. I submitted all proof and evidence to customer care.but still I can't get my refund. I lost nearly 500 for net and mentally disturbed. There is no proper solution and reply from customer care.no 1 is responded and refund. For educated people struggling this much for Rs 367.how can easy and trust for uneducated people. This is my kind request do the response properly for refund issue.

Thread 'Myntra is not refunding my money'

I placed an order on 21st of April 2025 on Myntra. I paid 2359 rupees for this online through Simple Netbanking. The order did not reach me on the assured delivery date.
I cancelled the product but the company did not cancel it.

I have raised multiple complaints with myntra on 24th April, 25th April, 26th April and now on 27th April.

The company has not yet worked on my complaint and they are extending the deadline every single day.

The problem is that I have made the payment through Simpl which is a buy now, pay later platform and I will be charged for something that I did not even...
