This is to inform you that we have taken a mobile in Reliance stores, through HDB financial services. The loan is on my husband's Mr. B. Devakiran's account and the loan no is 55792733. We had paid all the installments, but they are collecting additional charges. Also they are presenting the cheque even though we already paid total loan amount. We request you to kindly look into the matter and save us from cheque bounce charges. Mr. Devakiran's CIBIL score is affecting with this, kindly do the needful for which we will be grateful and thankful to you.
