There was a package booked by VCC Ayurveda having consignment No. 400001098526containing serious illness medicines into it and the courier is on the way since 4th June 2025 and till today we have no clue when we will get the shipment. The medicines have to be regularly taken considering her chronic and serious illness and had to be continued. Now, i am being informed that the PIN code given is not serviceable and if we want the delivery, we have to pay extra 400 Rs. to get the shipment.

This is literally a classic example of mental harassment. We also were threatened that if don't pay this amount, the shipment would be sent back. I had already paid Rs. 750 for this courier to be delivered. Now, due to this careless attitude of Trackon, we are suffering a lot and we have no clue when the medicines will be delivered. Trackon is not at all understanding what are we going through. My mother's health is deteriorating and every day we are hoping that her medicines will be delivered.

I want strict action to be taken against this Trackon, so that such worst incidents may be avoided and consumers are not cheated by Trackon courier. I would advise never go with this kind of courier service. Better to go with Bluedart.

Complainant has preferred the present complaint against the opposite parties on the ground that the complainant got booked a parcel containing some goods valuing Rs.86856.26 on 5.5.2022 vide consignment number 500208089768 and the OPs assured that the same will be delivered at Tamilnadu within a short period to the addressee. The grievance of the complainant is that the same has not been delivered to M/s. Geetha Engineer & Manufacturer i.e. addressee despite the fact that a period of more than three and half months has elapsed on the date of filing of the present complaint. When the complainant approached the OPs, then they failed to give any satisfactory reply. Thus, the complainant has prayed that the OPs be directed to pay an amount of Rs.86586.26 alongwith courier charges with interest @ 12% per annum and further to pay an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- for compensation for physical harassment and mental agony and further to pay an amount of Rs.50,000/- as litigation expenses.

Order
In view of our above discussion, we allow the complaint of the complainant and direct OPs to pay to the complainant an amount of Rs.86,856/- being the cost of goods contained in the parcel in question and further to refund to the complainant the courier charges so recovered from the complainant. Further the Ops are directed to pay Rs.5000/- as compensation for mental tension agony and harassment and litigation expenses.
