People of Baju: Not fulfilling pre-paid order

I ordered an item on sale from the brand People of Baju based in Delhi. The ordered item Juni Kaftan size S priced at INR 1200 on the 7th of June 2025. I proceeded to purchase the product and pay the full published amount by card. The order was confirmed and an order number generated. A week later, I reached out to the brand as I had not received any update from them. After several followups , I finally heard back on WhatsApp and I was informed that the order would not be processed unless I pay 5640/- more. I have not received any official email confirming or cancelling the order or a note with credit or a refund back to source of payment. On whatapp I have been told that they are not able to fulfill the order that I have only paid INR1200 which was the published rate at the time of purchase and are also refusing to credit the money back to source of payment.
