Dear Sir,

I would like to bring to your kind attention that we are facing significant harassment from a person associated with a packers and movers company. This individual is not only making inappropriate comments but is also refusing to deliver our items.

We agreed on a delivery cost of ₹4500 for transporting our goods to Laksar, Uttarakhand, with the understanding that the payment would be made after delivery. However, he is now refusing to deliver the material and is demanding an advance payment. Despite our offer to pay a token amount, he is insisting on a large sum of ₹3500 just to pick up the items from his warehouse, which is only about half an hour from Dwarka.

Additionally, he has been calling us daily, refusing to listen, and has resorted to making personal and inappropriate comments. He appears to have no fear of the law and openly threatens us with his behavior.

I am feeling extremely harassed and seek your immediate assistance in resolving this matter.
